SocialChannel.ai offers Free, Starter, Professional, Business, and White Glove subscription tiers. Features, AI credit limits, and user seats vary by plan. See our Pricing page for current details.
Starter and Professional plans include a 15-day free trial. Your card will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months.
You agree not to use SocialChannel.ai to:
SocialChannel.ai and all associated trademarks, logos, software, and content are the intellectual property of SocialChannel Group and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
You retain ownership of content you create using our platform. By using SocialChannel.ai, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the service.
Content generated by AI features on our platform is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies before publishing.
Your use of SocialChannel.ai is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The platform integrates with third-party services (e.g., social media platforms, Canva). Your use of those integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or data practices of third parties.
SocialChannel.ai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialChannel Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialChannel Group, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
